Our Policy, terms and conditions

Our clients mainly consist of individuals, real estate agents, relocation agents, tenants (mostly expats), landlords and managers. We collect and use your personal information for the purpose we both agreed.

Terms & Conditions

Clients' duty.

a. It is the responsibility of clients to provide MOP and VACUUM CLEANER, accurate contact information, which includes their address, email, and phone number. Additionally, clients must ensure that their premises are safe and secure for the cleaning professionals to perform their duties. Before the scheduled cleaning service, clients must inform the Company of any potential hazards or safety concerns is there is.

b. Client is liable for cost of a 'no show', which is equivalent to the cost of a 2-hour service.

Paying

a. Clients who have already received our neat service may pay using a iDEAL, Credit/Debit card, Master Card or PayPal as indicated on the invoice. Payment for cleaning services shall be due and payable upon completion of the service. The customer agrees to settle the payment within 5 calendar days from the date of service completion. If payment is not settled within 10 calendar days from service completion, we will start a debt collection process. 

Pets/Photos

a. We suggest clients ensure that their pets are safely contained during the cleaning service. Despite this, our workers are pet-friendly. If the Customer is unable to secure their pets, we may request to reschedule the cleaning appointment.

We may also take sample photos to show proof of work done and to improve our services.

Complaints
reporting

a. Inevitable are complaints. While we try to reduce complaints to a minimum of 5%. We suggest all complaint be sent asap within the 24-hour window to enable correction, after this period the client shall be liable for 50% of cost of service provided.
